Located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, the shopping centre spreads over a total area of 5000 m2. Designed in the post-Covid period, the space has been designed considering all the requirements that people want to have in places where they gather after the pandemic. In the building where ventilation plays an important role, the roof was designed independently from the general construction in order to provide natural air conditioning. In this way, while natural air flow is provided in summer, a movable roof system is used to prevent heat loss in winter.
While human mobility is designed spirally in the space, the visibility of the businesses in the space is prioritised. While the crowds that may occur in the shopping area are absorbed by the floor balconies, these floor balconies are also used for advertising directions.
